What Causes Temporary Inability To Move While Being Conscious?

I was coming home from dropping off a friend and I was zoning out bad while driving. As soon as I got into my driveway my body got really weak and my head dropped and my body slouched over. I couldn't move my body at all, lasted about ten mins. I was conscious, crying and drooling all over my face. I just couldn't move my arms legs or head and couldn't breathe well.
