What Causes Tender And Dark Nipples With Light Periods?

I am having a change in my nipples. they have a little tenderness and they are getting really dark. I had a period but it was kinda light. well lighter than what i usually have. it was brownish pink and bright red. i have also been feeling sick every night before i go to sleep. do u think i could be pregnant?
