What Causes Tender Breast Cramps And Light Periods With Severe Mood Swings?

hi ive been so tired lately and have tender breast cramping going to toilet with loose stools and have been eating more then normal and have i mentioned really really tired when ive gotten up ive been dizzy and moody i was also 10 days late for my period and started last night really light which is odd for me by this time as well whats wrong???
