What Causes Tender Breasts And Mildly Bloated Post IUD Removal?

I had my IUD removed last month (Mirena) and had a normal period 2 days later. This month I am 4 days late and woke up this morning with very swollen, tender breasts, light headed and mildly bloated. I took a first response test yesterday and it was negative. Is it possible the IUD removal has affected my cycle causing these symptoms?
