What Causes Tender Feeling And White, Sticky Discharge From Nipple?

hi im a 32 yrs old on last night my nipple gave me a tender feeling sign,about 20min.later a white sticky discharge came out of it and then a few drop of blood.i dont have no tenderness around the breast are thing in tha matter just around the nipple
