What Causes Tender Lump On Forehead Along With Burning Sensation At The Back?

Hi, about 5 days ago I bumped the front right side of my head getting out the bottom bunk of a bunk bed. I still have a small knot and it is still a little tender to touch. I had a headache for the rest of the day but it went away. I have had no other symptoms until today when I started having a burning sensation on the back right side of my head. Is this normal should I be concerned?
