What Causes Tender Spot On Head Along With Back Pain?

I have a out of place neck which cause pain in both sides at the back and the soft spot at top of my head when pressed in causes pain i also have most of my ribs on right side out of place, ive not felt well for years, i need help i think my neck is worse than i think it is.
