What Causes Tenderness And Flaking In Nipples While On Birth Control?

My nipples have been very tender for the past todays. Tonight I looked at them and I saw flaking. I moved them around a little bit and it looks like there is white piss deep inside. I don t want to squeeze if it is an issue. I just started a new birth control a week ago and I m unsure what to do.
