What Causes Tenderness And Soreness In Right Rib Despite Having Acid Reflux?

Pain n tenderness in upper right rib. Three years now. I ve had ct scans. Upper n lower scopes. Ultrasounds. All clear. Blood work. All clear. At my wits end. When you touch ribs they are very sore. I m a 55 yr old female, in restaurant business. I do have slot of stress and acid reflux.
