What Causes Tenderness And Swelling On Head And Cavernoma Benign Tumor?

I have had brain surgery sixteen years ago, successfully. However, recently I have been experiencing tenderness and swelling on my head. It is in different spots but is obviously extra squishy. Could this be from spinal drainage sixteen years ago? I do have another cavernoma benign tumor.
