What Causes Tenderness Below Elbow And Bruise On Forearm After An Injury?

Hi, so a week a go I fell on ice and I hurt my arm. It hurts to turn my palm upwards and it also hurts to fully extend my arm. Right below my elbow is very tender to the touch and I have just a little bit of a bruise on the top part of my forearm. Could I have possibly broke it?
