What Causes Tenderness In Abdomen Along With Belching Post Antibiotic Treatment?

About a month ago was diagnosed with H.Pylori, took two antibiotics for two weeks along with Omeprizole and continued Omeprizole for two weeks after done with Antibiotics.As result of Antibiotics got Thrush and was treated for that. Now I have a tenderness in stomach area mostly right above my navel, belching, and a bitterness or metallic taste on tongue. dr suggesting an Endoscopy for ulcer but do not have any pain just some uneasiness.
