What Causes Tenderness In Breast While On Clomid?

I am currently on 100mg of clomid, my last scan on day 13 of cycle results were 21mm follicle and 8.8 endometrial lining, I had the trigger shot (hcg injection) the same day (13) I am now on day 23 and my breats are tender but my nipples are very sensative, are these good results and signs?
