What Causes Tenderness In Breast,nausea And Frequent Urination?

I have tenderness under my left breast radiating to my left back just align where my bra lining is. I feel like there is pressure or heaviness in my left upper back. I have problem in eating. I constantly used to feel like I want to vomit though nothing will come up. My stomach feels like burning and I'm always hungry. I have a hard time to burp and there is this strange ball-like feeling in my throat. It goes away after eating... I frequently urinate 5-10 minutes just after drinking water... Can somebody help me what to do? Thank you very much!
