What Causes Tenderness In Nipples And Abdominal Pain?

hi i'm 34yrs old married,i want to know about my pregnancy ,my period date is yet to come on 8th of this month,but since two to three days i'm having acute tenderness in my tities which is quiet painful'n feeling a bit uneasy from inside like pain may be in my abdomen and back'n something unusual,can u please explain
