What Causes Tenderness In Spine Along With Lower Back Pain?

I fell down 5 steps two and a half weeks ago. The left side of my body took the brunt of the fall. I m had a bruise on my shoulder blade (left) and on my left hip. Two days later my lower right back was sore after playing volleyball. All pain on e left side is gone now. My spine is now tender but I see no bruising.
