What Causes Tenderness In The Upper Chest Area?

inquiring for my 23 year old daughter. She has history of excertional asthma and seasonal allergies (ragweed, some pollens). She is active and works out in gym 4-5 times a week. The asthma really had not been an issue during the winter months, however first of Feb she c/o being a little SOB when working out so she called and got a refill on her Proair inhaler. Couple of weeks ago she c/o some tenderness in upper right chest area (above her breast) that last after lifting weights, etc. So she cut back on the amount of weights, reps and not doing every time she worked out. Last night she said that she felt like the area was firm for about a 2 to 3 inch area. She is 5 ft 3 and weighs 130. Is this something she needs to get into to see our PCP tomorrow or can she wait till next week.
