What Causes Tension Feeling In The Head?

age 39 no history of this case. I feel tesion at the left part of my head. some hot sensation in left parts of my arm and leg. have not known my blood presure but my weight is 90. I also expirience presure on my heart which me restless and desireing to belch. when talking I feel as if I am panting
