What Causes Terrible Ear Pain?

Hi,I have had BPPV few months ago and the doctor suggested I do Epley Maneuver and he had made me do it in his opffice and the problem got solved immediately. He also cautioned me that it might recur again and if so I will have to do the Epley Maneuver once again. 5 days a go I have had the symptoms of BPPV and I performed Epley maneuver once. Since then I have been having terrible ear pain. Now I am worried to do the Epley maneuver once again.
