What Causes Terrible Lower Back Pain?

Hi I have terrible lower back pain due to the weight I have gained. I need lippo and will bc medical cover me as it is that bad. I also need my breasts smaller because of the weight in my upper back causing back pain . I know that my breasts will be covered for it I just dont know a bout the lippo thank you . Jennifer
