What Causes Terrible Pain In Both Elbows?

Hi I am experiencing terrible pain in both elbows. It feels like they have been cracked but I also am Hypocalcemic and my blood calcium has dropped in to the 3.0 range many times over the last 10 years should I be worried about this being a calcium related issue
