What Causes Testicle Pain While Lying After Intercourse?

I had sex with a woman a week ago anal and vagina never had my testicle ache before and feel sore in my anal area and between the sroctom anal area.I have had no discharge a bit of swelling in anal area.I notice when I move around it goes away.And while I lie down any long siting it hurts.
