What Causes Testicular Pain And Left Sided Lower Back Pain?

I have been getting pains that are dull constant pains that are in several places. Just under the centre of my rib cage, left hand side of my lower back and it feels as though my left testicle is being squeezed. If I touch my left testicle and squeeze gently the pain gets worse. It sometimes happens when I am in bed about 2-3 hours after going to sleep but recently it has been happening when awake
