What Causes Testicular Pain/swelling With History Of Hydrocele?

hi doctor my name is reindor n frm Ghana.last year 20th dec i had a hydrocele surgery with severe pains on the left testicles.after the surgery the pains subsided and looks like everyth is back to normalcy.today is 6th march 2014 i realized a mild pain again in the left testicles copled with swells....please what could that be am scared because i dont wana have a second surgery??
