What Causes Testicular Pain While Having Kidney Stones?

I have testicular pain for past two weeks...left testicle..done ultrasound, xray, urine and blood tests..nothing wrong..i still have the pain.. I have small stones in both kidneys ( 2.5mm and 3.33m) do I have to go for any std tests? Or is the blood and urine test done by doctor is enough?? Urologist told there is a condition in which testicles can ache without reason... Whats should I do now?
