What Causes Testicular Pain With History Of Appendix Removal?

Hi.. My appnedix removed in first week of January now I am feeling slight pain in my left testicle. I do not carry any weight. I work in bpo. I had an acute apendictus which is removed. Befor that I had fungal infection. I do not find any lumb in testicle
