What Causes Testicular Swelling And Pain?

Previous Result of Sperm Analysis Normal: 70% Pus cells: 11 - 15 / hpf Progressive Motility: 30% Non - Progressive Motility: 20% Immotile: 50% Sperm count: 20mil Cause of infection is Acute Prostatitis. After 1 month medication Here is the result of Sperm Analysis Normal: 80% Pus cells: 2 - 4 / hpf Progressive Motility: 80% Non - Progressive Motility: 10% Immotile: 10% Sperm count: 31mil Now my concern is that acute prostatitis is recursive. Recently after riding my motorcycle one of my testicle swollen / pain. Does this mean my sperm is infected again?
