What Causes The Absence Of Fetal Pole Having Spotting?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i'am 5 weeks & 6 days pregnant and the result of my ultra sound they only found gestational sac but no fetal pole? Is it normal & i'll not get worried about that? Also, i have spotting for almost six days is it normal for a pregnant woman? Thank you.
