What Causes The Absence Of Free Fluid With No Definite Fetal Echoes?

hi , im 27 years old, 5'3 in height, with weight of 59 kilos. i had a positive preg test result yesterday.. my LMP was may 13,2011, already missed 1 week for my menstration period..I have some 1st trimister symptoms.. but i have experience on and off abdominal cramping.. I had undergone a transvaginal ultrasound with the results- THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM up to 2.2cm thick, SUBENDOMETRIAL HALO IS DISTRUPTED WITH NO DEFINITE FETAL ECHOES.NO FLUID SEEN IN THE POSTERIOR CUL-DE-SAC., im I pregnant? im worried..( this will be my 1st pregnancy). pls advice.. thank you..
