What Causes The Biopsy Report Of Breast Lump To Be Inconclusive?

I have a grade four breast lump cor biopsys inconclusive was told initially that it was grade two invasive after repeat biopsy it came

back as inconclusive.I am having a excision biopsy on 23rd.the consultant is cautiously optimistic its benign.How can one pathologist say its grade 2 invasive and another say its inconclusive and probaly benign?
