What Causes The Blockage With Loss Of Hearing In Ears?

Hi, this is Amit... I am sensing little deafness in my left ear and feeling like some water is poured into it. Actualy not remembrd exactly, but i think water got inside my ear before few days. Now I am not sure this is due to this or something else. I tried to make it dry with ear butts but problem still persisit. Please help me....Thanks in advance
