What Causes The Body To Reject Food Elevating BPM?

Hi doc. My body after trying to recover from anorexia is rejecting food. Any thing i eat gets regurgitated back up but i m not making myself sick. My heart rate is usually 50-58bmp but after the food coming back up it goes up to 125-135bpm. Do you have any advice on if i should be concerned?
