What Causes The Color Of Penis Turning To Blue?

I am a healthy married male of 39 yrs old. I woke up this morning to see shaft (part of the shaft) of the penis has turned blue/purple. No pain, no discomfort and no swelling (very slight bulging). No sex in last few weeks. Wondering if it is cause of concern.
