What Causes The Colour Of Glans To Become Grayish?

Last week I was constipated and got an external hemmorrhoid and took preparation H for it as well as 4 x's a day hot water bath's to help the swelling go down. Now after a week of that, my penis head is sort of grayish looking but still lots of skin tone coloring to it and the skin is dried up and peeling. I've been taking lotrimin for that past 2 days and it seem's not to have gotten better yet. If anyone could help me out that would be great.
