What Causes The Elimination Of Fats In Urine?

Hi my name is sonia and i am suffering from a disease of kidney.Problem is that fats come in my urine and i have consulted many doctors but still did not get any good results,I got more sick instead of improvements in my health,i feel nausea-tic and don t feel hunger and get pain in my stomach please guide me what it is??my condition is getting worst day by day,i cannot work so much i am only 26 years old and i get a severe pain in my back on left side and i have also got a pain in my leg.Please help me doctor.
