What Causes The Feeling Of Bulging Behind The Old Colostomy Scar?

I have bronchitis and experiencing copd exacuation (however its spelled) so I have coughed a lot over past 2weeks. In past 3 years I have had multiple surgeries, colostomy, reversal, etc. My last surgery was 18 months ago but now when i cough I feel bulging and gurgle like movement behind my old colostomy scar, should I be worried?
