What Causes The Feeling Of Movement Around The Knee?

What could be going on when i feel like I have a constant bubbling feeling in my left leg? Mostly behind and around my knee. It feels like there is always something moving around and often times i can feel and see the movements. It reminds me of when I was pregnant and you can feel and see your baby moving around.
