What Causes The Feeling Of Movement In Abdomen While Having Bleeding?

okay i haven't had a period in 5 months and im bleeding and but i still feel something moving in my tummy

we was gonna go to the dr but my mama is sick and don't really think anything is rong she just thinks it is my hormones out of wack! iv been having dreams about being pregnant and alot od my dreams come true! what is wrong! i thought i was pregnant am i? i have been feeling move ment but i took like 6 pregnancy test and they all said not pregnant!
