What Causes The Feeling Of Obstruction In Throat On Taking Microgynon?

Hi, I started to take Microgynon for the first time. I've taken it twice so far , and each time I feel as if it is stuck in my throat. I currently took the second pill about 22 hours ago, and still feel as if it is stuck. I've tried drinking loads of water, eating bread, but I can still feel as if it is at the bottom of my esophagus when I swallow saliva, like its coming up and then back down again. Would this mean it looses effectiveness at all? Or is it actually just a feeling its stuck?
