What Causes The Feeling Of Wetness In Chest Post Tonsillectomy?

My daughter had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on Thursday. She has been drinking plenty of water. Now she is complaining of feeling wet in her chest. She does not have a fever, a wet voice, or any rattling sounds when I listen to her chest but I am concerned that she is developing aspiration pneumonia.
