What Causes The Growth Of Pus Pockets After The Sinus Surgery?

I have cronic sinusitis and have had 2 sinus surgeries to remove polyps. I am never away from Tylenol and have had my liver tested twice. Nothing wrong. I am now growing pockets of pus inside my right nostril and it looks like the top of my nostril is so swollen that it looks like a black line going down the middle. You can also see the polyps coming back. In December, I had a swollen face and eye from infection on the right side, but dealing with arthritis in my left knee and hip and needed injections. I was on an antibiotic for 10 days for a sinus infection, but it never helped. Not quite sure what to do. This time off work is killing me.
