What Causes The Growth Of Thick Black Hair Under The Chin?

I get thick black hairs under my chin. I had my hormone levels checked by my doctor and he said they were normal and its just hereditary. I have never shaved them, I do pluck them. It seems that I get more and more. Very thick and black, very noticable. What can I do?
