What Causes The Inability To Conceive Since 5 Years?

i got married on 22/1/2009,my question is still iam not get kids,i consult a doctor ,she told me ur utrus is good no problem,u will get kids but it will take some time.now iam planing to consult a gynecologist in bangalore.please tell me a good suggesion.
