What Causes The Increase In Endometrium Size After Menstruation?

Hello Dr how are you I had a scan done on the 16th day of my period it says normal AV uterus empty cavity no mass. endometrium 9mm both ovaries prominent with peripheral follicles Rt simple cyst 3cm clear Douglas pouch. On day 13 I had a scan and my endometrium was 11mm and on Rt ov amgf 24mm is Seen. on Lt ov a 12mm follicle I am so confused please help me. Thank you
