What Causes The Involuntary Movement Of Lower Lip To The Left Side?

It's almost a year since I Ben having this problem going on in my lower lip. Every time I talk or sing my lower lip moves into the left side and it makes me look weered I'm not comfortable with it. I also wasn't born like that. I need help to fix this problem.
