What Causes The Menstrual Cycle To Occur Twice In A Month?

today i and my girlfriend had unprotected sex and i ejactulate indise her, but she took ipill with in an hour, is there any chances of her getting pregnant?
she's also having menstrual cycle twice a week, last date was 20th feb
so is there anything to be worried about??
