What Causes The Outbreak Of Rashes On Abdomen?

In the last 8 hours, I developed a rash on my stomach. I have 15 red dots and nothing has changed since noon. No fleas in the house; no new cosmetic, medication nor intake of different food. I had chickenpox as a child. I m 63 years old; in good health condition.
