What Causes The Outbreak Of White Spots On Cheeks?

I have developed some white spots on my cheeks. I have a cluster of white spots on my right cheeks. In some areas of face I have white pimples very very small and in some areas there are just white circles while the skin is absolutely plain i,e, the skin has become discolored at some places. I have this only on my face and this has happened to me over the past 4 months. I never had this kind of issue before. I have already consulted 5 dermatologists. Please help.
