What Causes The Penis Skin To Appear Burnt After An Intercourse?

Hi this is raghu here frm banglore i had an intercourse with my wifewith out protection after which the skin on my penis has gone back and the front postion of my penis is looking like the skin is burned and its is pink is clour. toward the right side i can c a bubble due to which i cant pull my skin to the front its in the same postion form past 3 days it is not paining very much but some time it does can u pls advice wat i to do becoz i have not tired for an intercourse after tis pls hepl me
