What Causes The Persistent Discharge Of Yellow Liquid Through The Nose?

A yellow liquid is pouring out of my nose in a slow speed. It doesn't harden and doesn't stop. I have been outside in the sun for several hours and looked up the cause of it. Clearly it's a sunburn, but it's not a blister, therefore I would like to know how long it will continue producing.
